Here at Jacobs Finest we only use the best quality vegan ingredients in all our products. Traditionally falafels are made from chick peas or fava beans, and we chose to make ours from Fava beans, grown by UK farmers.

The Process 

We make a great start by soaking the Fava beans for a full twelve hours in our facility in Bristol. Next we add our very own special and secret spice mix. Once our ingredients are mixed to perfection it is ready to be cooked. This is where our products distinguishes itself from any other. We're very strict with temperature and timing during the cooking of our Falafels, combine this with only using the best quality GM free Rapeseed oil and you've got our top quality Falafel.

Nutritional and Allergen Information 
 
Our products fit firmly into the current trend and desire for healthy eating. As well as being prepared to a to a traditional recipe and containing only top quality ingredients and, where possible, organic ingredients, all our products are also without gluten, dairy, nuts or eggs. All our falafels are either high /source of protein, high fibre and low in saturates. It is perfect as part of a meal, snack, salad or lunch box. 
 

  PACK & HEATING INFORMATION  

 
Our falafels are available in retail packs of 180 gm or deli pack size of 1 kg. They are ready to eat hot or cold. For best taste, we recommend warm it in a pre-heated oven at 1600 C for 5 mins or 1-1.5 mins in a microwave.
